These terms cover orders placed through gamefacestickers.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Every order is made specifically for you — cut to your chosen size, design, and colours. Because of this, we can't accept returns for change of mind once production has started. Please double-check your design, size, and quantity in the Live Preview before paying.
If you upload your own design, logo, or image, you're responsible for making sure you have the right to use it and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright or trademark. We print what you upload or design in good faith and don't review it for rights issues.
Prices shown at checkout are in AUD and include the item cost plus a real-time shipping quote for your postcode. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Orders are typically printed within a few business days of payment, then handed to our shipping partner. You'll get an email once your order ships, with tracking information where available. You can also check progress any time on the Track Order page using your order number and the email you paid with.
If your stickers arrive damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll sort out a reprint or refund for anything that's actually our error.
We're not able to offer refunds or reprints for: designs that print exactly as shown in your Live Preview but you've since changed your mind, minor colour variation between your screen and the printed vinyl (a small amount is normal across displays and printers), or damage caused after delivery.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before production starts, but can't guarantee changes once printing is underway.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
