Game Face Stickers ("we", "us") makes custom die-cut stickers for cricket bats, hockey sticks, club logos and gear. This page explains what information we collect when you use our site and place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, and billing address, collected through Stripe when you pay.
• Delivery information — the postcode you enter to get a shipping quote, used to calculate delivery cost and route your order.
• Your design — any image, logo, or file you upload, plus the colours, text, and style choices you make in the Sticker Lab, so we can print your order and show you a preview.
• Order status — used so you can track your order and so we can email you updates.

We don't ask for or store your card details ourselves — payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see below).

How we use it

• To produce and ship your order.
• To email you order confirmations, production updates, and tracking information.
• To respond if you contact us with a question or issue.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or marketing without your separate consent.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the store, and only share what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes your payment. Stripe handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.
• A secure database provider — stores order records (name, email, address, order contents) so we can fulfil and look up your order.
• An email delivery provider — sends order confirmation, production, and shipping emails on our behalf.
• Our printing/manufacturing partner — receives your design file and delivery details so they can print and ship your order.

Cookies and local storage

The Sticker Lab uses your browser's local storage to remember your in-progress design and cart while you're using the site, so you don't lose your work if you navigate away. This stays on your device — we don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it where we're not required to keep it (e.g. for tax records).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email us using the details below.
